PURPOSE:To suppress waveform distortion, and to improve reliability by providing a positive/negative switching means, and a pulse width control means for comparing an output of a low frequency oscillator and an output of a transformer, and inputting a pulse signal for controlling the driving time of a switch element to a gate circuit. CONSTITUTION:A pulse width control means 130 compares an output waveform of an output terminal A and an output waveform of a low frequency oscillator 100, and outputs separately positive and negative with regard to a pulse signal which has been controlled so that a correct all signal output is obtained. to the respective primary windings of a transformer 111 and 112, a DC power source E is supplied through a switching transistor 121 and 122 in series, respectively. The pulse signal for driving the switching transistor 121 and 122 switches the output of the pulse width control means by gate circuits 123, 124, and also at the time of switching, the gate is superposed for a prescribed period, therefore, in this superposed period, both the positive and negative output circuits are operated so as to correct a distortion of the output waveform to each other. In this way, a surge voltage and a waveform distortion which are generated in the output of the transformer are suppressed, and the high profitability and reliability can be attained.
