<p>PURPOSE:To improve efficiency by making the arrangement of air chucks and the arrangement of holes for a holder the same and shifting an element sucked up from the holes for the holder onto a jig as it is. CONSTITUTION:A holder 7 is formed to a rectangular parallelepiped box body, through-holes 8 corresponding to the size of elements 2 are bored with high precision, the precision of the holes 8 displays the precision of the arrangement of the elements 2, and the number of the holes 8 indicates the number of the arrangement of the elements 2. Stepped sections 9 as stoppers for the elements are formed to the lower sections of the holes 8, the elements 2 are stopped by the stoppers, and the elements 2 are stored on the stepped sections 9. Holes 10 are bored to the stoppers, vertically movable element 2 push-up bars 11 are inserted into the holes 10, and structure in which the elements 2 are pushed up from lower sections and sucked up at predetermined height at all times when the elements 2 are sucked up by an air chuck one by one from the upper sections of the holes 8 is shaped. Accordingly, the elements 2 are positioned continuously at the positions of the upper end sections of the holes 8.</p> |
