PURPOSE:To stabilize the quality by heating the interior of a core slot and the coil ends by Joule heat when a current is flowed to a winding, gelling or hardening varnish or resin, taking out the winding together with a core and subjecting to the find hardening. CONSTITUTION:A winding 14 contained in the slot of a stator core 13 is completely dipped in a vessel 11 in which impregnating varnish or resin 12 is contained together with the core 13. Then, a current is flowed to the winding 14 by a temperature control board 16, the interior of the core slot and the coil end are hated by Joule heat generated at this time to gel or harden the varnish or resin of this portion. Then, the winding 14 is removed together with the core 13 from the vessel 11, heated and the final hardening is applied thereon. |
