PURPOSE:To prevent blocking and contamination in gas outlet caused by decomposition products of resin by covering the surface of mixed fine powder with an airtight bag-like container and maintaining the container under the reduced pressure for molding without use of a solid polymer binder. CONSTITUTION:When the mixed fine powder of lithium aluminate 2 and carbonate 1 is molded, the surface of the plate-shaped mixed fine powder is covered with an airtight bag-like container such as a polyethylene thin film 3, and the container is maintained under reduced pressure to mold the fine powder in a desired shape without use of solid polymer binder or nonvolatile liquid binder. Since only the upper and lower resin thin films are used for molding, decomposition product of resin produced in temperature rising at starting cell operation is reduced. Therefore, blocking and contamination in the gas outlet can be prevented. |
