<p>PURPOSE:To minimize the extent of tilt-down and deformation of a seal lip in a corner part, by forming thickness of a car outside lip wall of the hollow seal lip, into being thicker than that of a car inside lip wall. CONSTITUTION:A hollow seal lip 21 projectingly installed on an upper surface of an inverted U-shaped welt part 5 is formed with a lip wall 21a at the car outside and another lip wall 21b at the car inside as the main body, and a tip end part 23 is installed at the more car outside than a connection intersecting point 22 of both these lip walls 21a and 21b, thus it is made up in this formation. At this time, thickness of the lip wall 21a at the car outside is formed to be thicker than that of the lip wall 21b. On top of that the side of a bending radius (r) of the lip wall 21a at the car outside is formed to be larger than a bending radius R of the lip wall 21b at the car inside, whereby the lip wall 21b at the car inside is yet easier to be bent in design.</p> |
