PURPOSE:To shorten an access time by energizing the exciting coil of a damper when the prescribed incrementing operation is finished, thereby rapidly stopping a rotor. CONSTITUTION:When an output rotational shaft 4a rotates, a plastic cylinder 5, a plastic ring 5a, a plastic ring 6, and a magnetic ring 8 are rotated together synchronously. When an exciting coil 3 is energized, the ring 8 is attracted by the magnetic path open end of inner and outer races 1b, 1a, the ring 6 is secured to the upper surface 4a of the housing. Accordingly, rings 6, 5a are slid through viscous grease to be converted to the damper, thereby abruptly losing rotary energy. |
