PURPOSE:To obtain a rotary electric machine which has good torque characteristic and preferable workability by forming a winding on a bobbin in which the winding is formed in advance in a pole shape, and then mounting on the pole teeth of a stator core. CONSTITUTION:A stator core 2 is clamped in advance by pins or welding in the prescribed thickness. An insulating layer 4 and a bobbin 5 formed of a magnetic material wound with a winding 3 are mounted around pole teeth 6. The bobbin 5 has the same radius of curvature as the pole 7 of the inner diameter of a stator at one axial side, and is formed at the other side of a magnetic material of the shape contacted with the core 2. Thus, the area of the pole can be increased to improve the torque characteristic. |
