PURPOSE:To prevent failures of chucking by providing a stopper on a position with which a bent part provided on both free end sides of an elastic member is in contact. CONSTITUTION:In the tip part of an elastic member 5, a bent part 5b which has been formed in the lower directional is formed by bending one end of a bent part 5a on which a drive pin 3 has been provided protrusively, has a prescribed width H, and its lower end is horizontal. A stopper 4 is formed in the same size as the elastic member 5, and as for the base end, the free end side is low by one stage by a wall thickness portion of the stopper 4 and in a state that it has been separated from the member 5. The pin 3 is supported so as to be freely rotatable by a shaft and attached to the member 5 side through a shaft 10. Even if a magnetic disk is installed, and the pin 3 is brought into contact with the lower face of a center hub 2 and pressed against it, the bent part 5b brings the lower end into contact with the stopper 4 and the ascent is regulated, the pin 3 is fitted into a through-hole of the hub 2, and even if a force is received from the disk side, the pin 3 is not inclined in the rotating direction.
