PURPOSE:To improve accuracy of one rotation and form a machine in a compact size, by detecting one rotation of a work to be calculated and presetting in a control unit the one rotation of a table only by the software. CONSTITUTION:A numerical control (NC) unit 20, calculating L=KXZw/Zc, controls by this output a cutter rotation feed motor 21 (with a positioning function). Here the alphabet L is a number of pulses generated by one rotation of a table, K is a proper coefficient in a machine, Zc is a number of cutter teeth and Zw is a number of work teeth. The motor 21 also performs a cutter table feed. If a control panel 22 inputs Zw and Zc, its preset value is fed to the unit 20 and calculated, and the unit 20, calculating a rotary degree of the motor corresponding to one rotation of the table and transmitting the corresponding number of pulses to the motor, rotates the motor by the number of pulses corresponding to the one rotation of the table. |
