An electrical circuit consists of one or more electrical or electronic components which are mounted on a substrate and form part of a circuit which is printed upon the substrate. The printed circuit consists of a low temperature cured polymer ink which also serves to secure the components to the substrate. The component leads are applied to the initially wet ink, and are retained in position by the ink when it cures.
