PURPOSE:To reduce an operating force of an eject button by constituting a titled device so that a clamp member can be switched to a clamp replace attitude by operating the eject button 8. CONSTITUTION:When an eject button 8 is pushed in at the time of fetching a disk cartridge C, a clamp member 17 is moved to a clamp release attitude by the initial operation, and when a cam member 7 is moved backward by pushing in the button continuously, a holder 1 is pushed up against a descent energizing force by a pressure bar spring 21. A clamp action for pressing downward the holder 1 of the lower limit position and the descent energizing force of the holder 1 are given by exclusive spring means, respectively, and even if the clamp action force is taken large enough, the ascent energizing force of the holder 1 can be made small to the necessary minimum limit. In this way, the operating force of the eject button can be reduced.
