摘要 PURPOSE:To increase the speed of a scanning time as a whole, by observing a NMR signal by a RF pulse before forcibly returning magnetization to a thermal equilibrium state. CONSTITUTION:In an apparatus equipped with means 2, 1 applying static magnetic fields to a specimen, means 20, 4, 3 imparting gradient magnetic fields, means 6, 30, 7, 5 for applying high frequency pulses, nuclear magnetic signal detection means 8, 9, 10 and image reconstitution means 11, 13 for obtaining the tissue image of the specimen from detected nuclear magnetic resonance signals, a first 90 deg.-pulse and n-times of 180 deg.-pulses are successively applied as high frequency pulses. The application of the first 90 deg.-pulse simultaneously applies a first gradient magnetic field to be set to a selection magnetic field for exciting only a specific slice surface and the application of n-times of 180 deg.-pulses is set to a non-selection magnetic field applying no gradient magnetic field.
