PURPOSE:To make it possible to always project laser beam to a vertical direction, by mounting reflective mirrors on the suspension plates suspended from the ceiling surface of a container by two pairs of suspension systems and reflecting laser beam from a beam projector to an upward vertical direction by said reflective mirrors. CONSTITUTION:The protection lines of suspension lines 10a, 10c and 10b, 10c of one of each pair among two pairs of suspension lines are respectively superposed and become left and right symmetric. These projection lines intersect at the upper parts thereof and the width Z of the mount points to the ceiling surface 2a of the suspension lines is set so as to be extremely small as compared with the width (y) of the mount points to a suspension plate 8. By this method, even when a container 2 is inclined by about 0-10 deg., the suspension plate 8 is held to an almost horizontal direction. Therefore, the inclination of a first reflective plate 16 to that of the container in this plane does not change and laser beam L1 is always injected to a vertical direction.
