PURPOSE:To provide the titled film composed of a copolymer of a specific modified polysiloxane and a carboxylic acid anhydride, having excellent oxygen, carbon dioxide gas and moisture permeability and high transparency and flexibil ity and useful for medical use. CONSTITUTION:The objective film can be produced by copolymerizing (A) a polyurethane-modified polysiloxane having terminal amino group with (B) glutamic acid-gamma-methyl ester N-carboxylic acid anhydride, applying the polymer to a releasing paper after defoaming, and drying with heat. The obtained copolymer preferably contains 10-70wt% component B in the composition, and the component A preferably contains 10-20% polyoxyethylene glycol.
