MANUFACTURE OF FILM LAMINATED MATERIAL AND DEVICE

PURPOSE:To prevent a trouble at the time of cutting-off and peeling-off of an edge part of the title film at a roll side, by a method wherein an end part film sheet is cut off by a blade member provided by confronting with the circumferential surface of a roll in a process prior to lamination, a film sheet is followed on the same locus with a notched line of the blade member and the peeling-off is performed by a doctor member provided as close as possible. CONSTITUTION:A blade member 8 at the tip part is set by controlling by a feed adjusting mechanism 23 so that the blade member 8 comes into contact with the circumferential surface of a bottom roll 5 at the time of starting operation. A film sheet 10' cut off by the blade member 8 is peeled off precisely by a method wherein a doctor member 9, which makes the film sheet 10 of an end part of a roll side cut off by the blade member 8 peel off and carry out, is composed of a constitution wherein an acute-angled slanting blade part 16 is possessed at the tip part, one side corner end of the opposite side of the roll side is notched in a right angular state and the slanting blade part 16 is provided similarly by providing a stepped difference, a corner edge part 16 of the inside of the slanting blade part 16 of the doctor member 9 is arranged at a position which has been made to approach to a knotched position 20 of the blade member 8 as close as possible and the film sheet is made to follow on the same locus with a notched line 19 by the blade member 8.
