PURPOSE:To make it possible to simply perform adjustment without separating each part, by dividing a terminal block for mounting a measuring terminal into two blocks other than a fixing part and making it possible to independently adjust the terminal blocks to each other. CONSTITUTION:A measuring apparatus comprises entire constitution divided into three parts, that is, the fixed part 3 fixed to an article 1 to be fixed by fixing bolts 2, and two terminal blocks 6, 7 attached to said fixed part 3 in an adjustable manner by adjustment bolts 4, 5. A plurality of measuring terminals 8, 9 respectively contacted with both terminals leads of a DHD type diode 10 are provided to each of the terminal blocks 6, 7. In performing adjustment, the fixed part 3 and the terminal blocks 6, 7 are at first temporarily assembled and fixed by fixing bolts 2. Next, in order to certainly and equally perform the contact of the measuring terminals 8, 9 and the diode 10 with the leads, the adjustment of the terminal blocks 6, 7 is performed. In this case, adjustment is performed by rotating adjustment bolts 4, 5 for respectively drawing up the terminal blocks 6, 7 and adjustment bolts 11, 12 for pressing the same by a desired amount.
