PURPOSE:To improve an efficiency of heat exchange and improve the strength of a blower by a method wherein the end surfaces of the blades are made as a blocked part of substantial cylindrical part having an air passing part. CONSTITUTION:An approx. cylindrical closed part 15 closing the inner circumferential surfaces of the blades 13 and their outer circumferences form an air passing passage 16 at a part thereof. That is, the space at the corrugated blades 13 forms an opening with recessed concave part. With the above-described arrangement, the air-flows 18 and 19 are impinged to each other or bent and at the same time the flow speed thereof is decreased. Due to this fact, in the conventional system, an air-flow is generated at the dead space A having no air flow at all and then an effective thermal transfer area is increased. Further, due to a decreased flow speed of the air, an efficiency of heat exchange is substantially improved. Further, since the end surfaces of the blades 13 are supported by the approx. cylindrical closed part 15, the strength of an entire impeller 12 is further improved.
