PURPOSE:To cool rooms by contacting atmosphere with underfloor ground surface to produce cold air in summer and heat rooms by sending warm air, collected in a roofing space, into underfloor space by pressure in winter. CONSTITUTION:A taper duct 5 is connected to an underfloor ventilating port 1, equipped with a non-return valve 2 and a damper 3 opened and closed by an opening and closing screw 4, and an intermediate ventilating fan 6 is provided between the connecting port 22 of the duct 5 and the duct 7. A plurality of slit pipes 8, arranged on the ground surface of an underfloor space 10, are connected to the duct 7 while caps 9 are fitted to the ends of the pipes 8. Further, the duct 12 is connected to the duct 7 through the roofing space 17, the non-return valve 13 and the intermediate ventilating fan 14 are provided on the intermediate part of the duct 12, the slit pipe 15 is connected to the end of the duct 12 and the cap 23 is fitted to the end of the pipe 15. The underfloor space 10 and the roofing space 17 of the building are communicated by wall cavities 11 and the roofing ventilating port 16 is made by opening and closing system. As a result, room heating of underfloor ground surface.
