PURPOSE:To obtain a compact diagnostic reagent kit, by laminating a transparent plate and an opaque plate so as to form a reaction liquid receiving space therebetween and communicating the inside tube of a double tubular plunger having a suction port and receiving a reagent with said space. CONSTITUTION:A diagnostic reagent kit 3 is constituted of a filter part 4, a judge plate 5 and a double tubular plunger 6. The interior of a suction port 7 of the filter part 4 is filled with a filter 8 and the judge plate 5 is constituted by laminating a transparent plate 9 and an opaque plate 10 so as to form a reaction liquid receiving space 11 therebetween. A space 16 receiving a sensitizing latex reagent is formed between the inside tube 14 and outside tube 15 of the double tubular plunger 6. In use, a seal 8a is removed and the filter part 4 is impregnated with a liquid specimen in a liquid specimen receiving container while the outside tube 15 is slightly pressed and the pressing force is released to introducing the liquid specimen into a reagent receiving space. After reaction, the outside tube 15 is again pressed and the reaction result is observed through the judge plate part. |
