If the cycle signal is accurate, said signal is converted to actual temp. and humidity by a temp./humidity converting means 5 and converted to data for serial communication by a communication data forming means 6 and the temp. and humidity detected by a serial communication means 7 is transmitted to the external machinery connected to a communication terminal 8.
