PURPOSE:To achieve a lower cost, by performing a control so as to make the measured value of inflow level of a dialysis liquid flowing into a dialyzer equal to the measured value of flow rate of a residual waste liquor cleared of a shunt portion attributed to a shunt out of the dialysis liquid drained from the dialyzer. CONSTITUTION:A dialysis liquid is fed B1 to a dialyzer D from a dialysis liquid feeder A and the outflow liquid drains B2 from the dialyzer D. Flowmeters S1 and S2 are inserted into an inflow path B1 switchably by a switching means. Then, the measured value with the flowmeter S2 inserted into the passage B1 is memorized G and a deviation is detected G between this value and the measured flow rate with the flowmeter S2 inserted into the passage B2 and resulting deviation output is inputted into a control section H to control H a UF pump P, which controls the flow rate of the dialysis liquid flowing through a shunt B3 to allow accurate measurement of the ultrafiltration flow rate all the times. In addition, the measured flow rate with the flowmeter S1 inserted into a path B1 is fed to a computing section G and any variation in the dialysis liquid fed to the dialyzer D is detected G to control H valves V1-V4 and the flowmeter S2 is inserted into the passage B1 to stabilize the measured flow rate.
