PURPOSE:To achieve the safety of running for a vehicle, by automatically alarming deceleration to a following vehicle when the speed of the vehicle falls below a specified reference level value. CONSTITUTION:An analog signal outputted from a running speed detecting means 1 is inputted into a speed gradient calculating means 3 through an A/D converter 2. Output data of the converter 2 is sampled by the means 3 to calculate the speed gradient f the vehicle. The degree of deceleration of the vehicle is compared with the reference level value preset by a comparison/decision means 4 and when the results are judged to be noticeable, an alarm command signal is outputted to an alarm means 6. Receiving the command signal, the means 6 is actuated to alarm of the deceleration to the following vehicle, for example, by automatic flashing of a lamp or a strobo flash thereby securing the safety of a vehicle's running. |
