PURPOSE:To save both installation room and weight by performing clutch function with engagement and disengagement of splines of a rotary shaft and a driven shaft in a casing of a hydraulic motor which is integrally combined with the clutch mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A sliding rotary shaft 13 is engaged, by means of splines, with an output shaft 12 which rotates in engagement with a rotor 5 of a hydralic motor section 3. The sliding rotary shaft 13 is fitted in oil-tight and slidable condition within a casing 7 of the hydraulic motor. One end of the rotary sliding shaft 13, opposite to the output shaft 12, is spline-engaged with a driven shaft 18. It is so constructed that the sliding the sliding rotary shaft 13 by means of hydralic pressure exerted on wither end of the siding rotary shaft 13 through a switch valve 21.
