PURPOSE:To enable to securely hold a double-leg type electronic parts in a simple and low-cost structure by a method wherein the press bar is actuated being made synchronized with the rotation of the rotary drum by the cum mechanism through the lever mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Cleaning water is fed in a cleaning tank 2 to the necessary water level and a rotary drum 3 rotates in the cleaning water at every prescribed angle conforming to the attaching pitch between saddles 10. A closing lever 14 is made to abut on a closing cum 5 in the uppermost part, the cum action is transmitted to a press bar 12 from the closing lever 14 through a closing shaft 13 and the press bar 12 is brought into an open state. Accordingly, as a press bar 11 is also brought into an open state, a double-leg type electronic parts 19 can be carried in and placed on the saddle 10 by a transferring unit 7 and can be carried out and transferred from the saddle 10 by the transferring unit 7. The press bar 11 is always returned to a shut state by the force of a spring 16 when the closing lever 14 is made to release from the closing cum 15 and the double-leg type electronic parts 19 are suppressed by the press bar 11.
