PURPOSE:To obtain final products of uniform quality by compression molding with uniform pressures by a method in which a movable side core for forming a cavity is provided in the recession of a movable side mold plate, and a liquid is charged into the space formed between the face in the opposite side of the cavity-forming side of the core and the recession of the mold plate. CONSTITUTION:A movable side core 17 having a cavity-forming surface is held in the inside face 16 forming the recession of a movable side mold plate 12. The outer face of the core 17 has a shape corresponding to the inside face 16, and the core 17 is moved liquid-tightly in the direction of a guide pin 6 in the inside face 16. The first space 41 is formed between the projected portion 7 of the movable side fitting plate 5, a piston 10, and the movable side mold plate 12, and the second space 42 is also formed between the mold plate 12 and the core 17. A liquid is charged into the first and second spaces and the through holes 20, 21, and 22. Since compression can be made with uniform pressures even when multiple-cavity molding is made, molding yield can be raised. |
