PURPOSE:To prevent a crack from being generated due to an adhesive agent, so that the titled resonator does not become non-oscillation even if it is dropped down, by using a conductive adhesive agent which is excellent in the flexibility/ pliability, and providing a hard leader conductor of a metal having no elasticity. CONSTITUTION:A conductive adhesive agent 3 for sticking a metallic electrode provided on a crystal piece 1 and a non-elastic metallic leader conductor 2 contains an urethane prepolymer, polyhydric alcohol, etc. and a conductive powder. This urethane prepolymer is formed by a terminal activated isocyanate base to a block by an activated hydrogen compound, and a ratio of an isocyanate base (NCO) dissociated from this urethane prepolymer and a hydroxyl group of the polyhydric alcohol, etc. is within a range of 1.0-1.2 equivalent. Also, as for said conductive powder, a silver powder, a copper powder, a nickel powder, a powder having a metallic layer on the surface, etc. are given.
