PURPOSE:To control an air conditioner with an installed equipment other than the air conditioner by using a DDC controller controlling the air conditioner as a terminal device to be connected to a LAN. CONSTITUTION:A master DDC unit 24 manages a slave DDC unit 26. The unit 24 possesses the data of the unit 26, acquires the data from a central manage ment station 20 and has functions of the central management unit. The unit 24 manages the schedule and the unit 26 controls real time control such as temperature humidity control, wind volume, wind pressure control and alarm. The unit 24 is connected as a terminal device of the LAN 10 to apply control together with the installed equipment such as OA device 23. Since the DDC control system is used, no analog regulator is required and an air conditioner is omitted.
