PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of engine oil and to regenerate it by impressing voltage to engine oil, separating the impurities from the oil molecules and removing them with the dust collecting means. CONSTITUTION:In a regenerating apparatus of oil for an internal-combustion engine, the voltage impressing means such as a couple of cylindrical electrodes 12, 13 are provided and impressed with same pulse voltage as the pulse voltage impressed to an ignition plug of the internal-combustion engine 1. Thereby the electrostatic connection of the oil molecules having generally the positive electric potential and the impurities such as dust and carbon having the negative electric potential is destroyed and the impurities such as dust and carbon separated from the oil molecules wherein the electrostatic connection is destroyed are mutually joined to make the large grains and removed with the filters 7. In such a way, the deterioration of engine oil is prevented and the oil is regenerated by removing the impurities mixed into the engine oil and produced therein.
