PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of the solar heat and the title device by a method wherein an air type solar heat collector is connected in parallel with a main air conditioning area and a secondary air conditioning area for enabling the selective communication via an air channel, then a warm air temperature in the collector is detected. A detecting element is provided, when the element temperature is lower than the designated temperature, the detecting element is enabled to open the air channel. CONSTITUTION:In an air conditioning device 1, an air type solar heat collector 2 is connected in parallel with a main air conditioning area A and a secondary air conditioning area B for enabling the selective communication via an air channel 3, also a detecting element 4 is arranged. The main air conditioning area A is a space where a family lives for long time also required to maintain the comfortable temperature such as a room A1 and a room A2 and the like at the upstairs and the downstairs. A warm air kept at the temperature higher than the designated temperature is blown into those rooms. The secondary air conditioning area B is a space where the family does not stay for long time such as a vestibule B1, a toilet room B2, a hallway B3 and the like. The area B can be kept under desirable air conditioning by blowing the lower temperature warm air as compared with the main air conditioning area A.
