PURPOSE:To obtain a hull foldable like a sheet by forming respective component of hull with thick member capable of self shape holding in thin foldable fiber reinforced vinyl sheet and stopping respective folding section with holding member when assembling while mounting interval holding metals. CONSTITUTION:Respective component of hull is formed as the strength member with thick polycarbonate enable of self shape holding and never folded easily upon application of external force on a thin foldable sheet skin made of fiber reinforced vinyl sheet. Each component of hull assembled with folded line sections (a), (b) is stopped by holding members 124, 144 while interval holding members 20 are mounted at both sides thus to complete a hull. Consequently, it can be folded like a sheet and transported easily on truck.
