CONSTITUTION:By furnishing an F-V converter 1 to convert a car speed signal, which changes frequency in proportion to the car speed, to an analog voltage V (the practical car speed), an activator 4 for throttle control is controlled by the output of a duty generation memory circuit 3 which converts the difference between the practical car speed V from the converter 1 and a set car speed M stored in a memory 2 into a control duty D. When the manual accelerator switch 5 is on, the output of a gate 6 is made duty 100%, and at the same time, a switch 7 for write from the converter 1 to the memory 2 is made on. And the value of the practical car speed added with a specific value DELTAV in an adder 8 is set in the memory 2 to store as a car speed.
