PURPOSE:To prevent snow entering through an outside air intake from adhering onto the surfaces of a filter by providing a warm air feed mechanism which feeds a warm air flow into a space between the outside air intake and the filter and melts snow. CONSTITUTION:A louver 2 having a vane of a downward slope toward the outside of a building 1 is loaded in an air intake 1a of the building 1 thereby to take in the outside air into a feed air processing device 3 and the prevent rainwater from infiltrating into the building 1. A bag type filter 4, a heating coil 5 for adjusting the temperature of the outside air, and cooling coil 6 are respectively installed within the feed air processing device 3. The outside air after being processed in the feed air processing device 3 is fed into an air- conditioning space 9 to be air-conditioned through a feed air damper 7. A part of the outside air is absorbed through a recirculating duct 25 and is adjusted of its flow quantity by means of a damper 23 and heated by a heating coil 24. Thereafter, the outside air fed to a space 26 from its ceiling surface. As a result, the space 26 is heated, and snow infiltrated into the space 26 is completely molten, and produced water is exhausted through an exhaust duct 31.
