PURPOSE:To easily realize the high injection density of a nozzle and reduce the frequency of nozzle clogging by providing micro holes in a plate for the nozzle in a plate thickness direction and injecting ink through the micro holes under the pressure of bubbles generated by the heat of a thermal head. CONSTITUTION:A nozzle plate 2 having micro holes 5 provided in a plate width direction opposed to the array of heating elements 14a on a thermal head 14, a supply plate 3 having an ink feed path 6 for connecting the micro holes 5 to an ink supply source and a base plate 4 having micro holes 7 provided in a plate width direction at the same position as the micro holes and an ink feed port 8 for connecting the ink feed path 6 to the ink supply source are positioned by a positioning hole 9. Then three plates 2, 3, 4 are joined together by thermal diffusion to constitute a laminated sheet 11. In addition, the array of heating elements 14a and the micro holes 7 are positioned by the positioning hole 9 and a positioning pin 18. After this, both ends of the laminated sheet 11 are fixed to an ink tank 15 with a clamp 1 to give the sheet 11 tensile strength and make it adhere to the thermal head 14. |
