PURPOSE:To dynamically change a picture object to be taken from a storing medium and to simplify a constitution of an user program by using the information of a display type terminal used by a terminal user or a display mode of a session set by the user of the terminal. CONSTITUTION:A picture display device 3 receives a picture identification information of the picture to be displayed, and then making this a key, takes out a relevant object from a picture object storing medium 4, and feeds this to a display type terminal 5. In the picture object storing medium 4, the picture object in which a type of the display type terminal or a display mode of a session are combined is stored so as to respectively discriminate by a picture identification information. A terminal identification section 7 knows a type of the display type terminal 5 used by an user of the terminal according to an information of an operation system. A session identification section 8 recognizes the display mode of the session of the user of the terminal in accordance with the information of the operation system. An identification information change section 9 changes the picture identification information applied from a user's program 2 according to two pieces of information.
