PURPOSE:To lower a producing cost by forming a character plate to a desired character plate formation, arranging said plate on a large plate, and forming and processing a battery section. CONSTITUTION:A center hole 10 is opened on a glass having a thickness of about 0.5mm and an external form is cut to form a character plate blank 11. On a large plate 12 made of a metal or the like, plural recessed sections 13 for positioning the external form of the character plate blank 11 are formed. On respective center sections of the recessed sections 13, pins 14 corresponding to holes 10 of the character plate blank 11 are planted. Making the recessed sections 13 and the pins 14 of the large plate 12 a positioning section, the character plate blank 11 is fitted into the large plate 12, a transparent electrode, a battery layer and a metal electrode are laminated successively on all periphery with a several mm width separated from an external periphery of the character plate blank 11 by a vaporisation to form the battery section and a solar cell character plate is completed. In such a manner, a producing cost can be lowered. |
