PURPOSE:The titled composition excellent in adhesion to metal, etc., anticorrosiveness and moisture resistance, prepared by mixing a specified phosphate ester compound with an actinic energy ray-curable compound. CONSTITUTION:An adduct between at least one monomer having one alpha,beta- ethylenically unsaturated double bond and one OH in the molecule, e.g., 2- hydroxyethyl (meth)acrylate, and a caprolactone of a suitable number of carbonatoms is condensed with a phosphoric acid compound such as phosphoric anhydride by dehydration to obtain a phosphate ester compound (A) of formula I or II, wherein R is a group of formula III (wherein R<1> is H or CH3, R2 is a 2-4C linear or branched alkylene and n is 1-3). 0.1-20pts.wt. component A is mixed with 99.9-80pts.wt. actinic energy ray-curable compound (B) such as a reaction product between a polyester and a meth(acryloyloxy group- containing compound. When curing is performed by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, 1-10pts.wt. photoinitiator (e.g., benzoin) is further added to 100pts.wt. above resin composition.
