PURPOSE:To achieve high variation torque absorbing effect by resiliently supporting a planetary gear shaft on the outer casing through resilient machine supporting member. CONSTITUTION:Annular inner face projections 20, 20 are provided at the inside on the wall face 2a of outer casing 2 then the planetary shafts 3a, 3a of the planetary gears 3, 3 are extended in the center. While one end of a resilient supporting member 4 is fixed while separating into three points to the inside face of said projection 20, and the other end of said member 4 is fixed to an annular body 5. With such structure, said member 4 will deform resiliently through the annular body 5 thus to absorb the variation torque.
