PURPOSE:To improve the sense of a brake by using a specific variable capacity pump as the hydraulic pump that pressurizes and sends the brake oil within a reservoir to a master cylinder when the pressure at the inner part of a wheel cylinder is reduced. CONSTITUTION:A master cylinder 20 operated by a brake pedal 10 pressurizes and sends the brake oil to a wheel cylinder 40 through a bypass valve 30 at normal time. In addition, at the antiskid control, a bypass valve 30 is closed, the wheel cylinder 40 is controlled by a control valve 60, and the brake liquid pressure is increased or decreased or held. For this purpose, a reservoir 70 that temporarily holds the brake oil released from the wheel cylinder 40 and a hydraulic pump 80 that makes stored oil flow back to the master cylinder 20 are provided. As a result, a variable capacity pump that increases the exhaust capacity when the exhaust pressure is relatively low and decreases the exhaust capacity when the exhaust pressure is relatively high is used as the hydraulic pump 80. |
