PURPOSE:To form the dimension of a small space between a mover and a stator, and the parallel degree at high precision, by determining the tooth surface side of the contact surface between the side surface of a roller shaft and the horizontal surface, to be the reference surface, and by polishing and grinding the tooth surface of a core in parallel with the reference surface at a specified distance. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 10 is penetrated into the roller bearing hole 7 of a core layer-built unit 9, and is arranged in a jig 11 so that the tooth surface 6 may be directed upward. The core layer-built unit 9 is supported by two units of shafts 10 at both the ends in the jig 11, and a pressing force F is applied from the bottom section. The surface confronting a space is formed by plane-grinding the tooth surface 6 in parallel with the reference surface 8 of the contact surface (horizontal surface) between the shaft 10 and the jig 11 at a specified dimension, with the grind stone 12 of a plane grinder. |
