PURPOSE:To make a hydraulic logic element do the logic memorial operation, by constructing the hydraulic logic element with elastic partition walls, a movable end which closes up the small opening of a fixed wall tightly, and a fluid exhausting throttle which is formed on the fixed wall of an airtight room. CONSTITUTION:A room 8 which has one expansible elastic partition wall 2, is set in an airtight room surrounded by fixed wall 1, as a closed movable end 4 of the elastic partition wall 2 is confronted with a small opening 3 which is formed on the fixed wall 1, at an interval. The front surface of the confronting movable end 4 is formed as it can close up the small opening 3. A flow route 11 is formed on a wall of the room 8, which is opposite to the movable end 4, the other flow route 12 is formed at the outside of the fixed wall 1 on which the small opening 3 is formed, and an exhausting throttle 5 which leads to the outside air, is formed on the fixed wall 1 of the airtight room. In this way, this hydraulic logic element can do the logic memorial operation as having a function of operation of a diaphragm element, because the small opening 3 has a feedback function. |
