The tube comprises, at its top part, a sleeve 1, with a lateral orifice 2 for exit of the product 3 below its base 4, the said base being pierced with a small axial opening 5 through which a piston rod 6 can slide between two end positions, with a washer 8 sliding freely on it, between the piston 7 in the low position and a shoulder 10 of the piston rod in the high position, the piston and the washer constituting, continuously, successively or simultaneously, leaktight joints in the sleeve during their axial sliding, one of them being constantly in the sleeve, below its exit orifice. <IMAGE>
