PURPOSE:To obtain molded product, whose pattern appears natural and whose external view is beautiful, by a method wherein requested ratio of different colored resin compound kneading substances are re-kneaded and the rekneaded substance is kneaded under adding colored fibers. CONSTITUTION:All of thermosetting resins, such as unsaturated polyester resin, urea resin, melamine resin, phenol resin or the like, can be used as the resin in the colored resin compound kneading substances, however, it is preferable to use the unsaturated polyester resin, prominent in transparency and coloring property. Curing agent, catalyst, filling agent, reinforcing agent, parting agent, solvent, monomer or the like is added as the composition except resin and necessary coloring agent. Colored inorganic fiber, such as colored glass fiber, asbestos fiber or the like, colored organic synthetic fiber, such as colored polyester fiber, polyvinyl alcohol fiber or the like, and colored natural fiber, such as colored cotton, wool or the like, may be used as the colored fiber and the amount of colored fiber is preferable to be 0.01-1wt% of total amount. |
