PURPOSE:To provide the titled coating agent having excellent resistance to moisture and heat, insulating properties, adhesion, reliability, etc., consisting of an alicyclic unsaturated epoxy ester compd., a polymerizable vinyl monomer, a photopolymerization initiator and a COOH-terminated butadiene polymer, etc. CONSTITUTION:An alicyclic epoxy compd. contg. at least two epoxy groups per molecule, such as the compd. of formula I is reacted with 0.5-1.1 equivalents (per equivalent of epoxy group) of (meth)acrylic acid in the presence of a catalyst such as a tert. amine at 50-130 deg.C to obtain an alicyclic unsaturated epoxy ester compd. (A) such as the compd. of formula II. 40-95pts.wt. component A, 60-5pts.wt. polymerizable vinyl monomer (e.g. ethylene glycol diacrylate), 0.1-10wt% photopolymerization initiator (e.g. p-methylbenzophenone) and a COOH-terminated butadiene polymer or a butadiene/acrylonitrile copolymer are blended.
