PURPOSE:To easily cope with a change in external form of a receptacle by superposing two disc plates having notch portions in the periphery in such a manner as to rotate relatively to form a receptacle pocket, which can be enlarged and reduced in the above wheel for conveying a canning machine. CONSTITUTION:Circular-arc notch portions 31a, 31b are respectively formed on disc plates 11a, 11b, and both notch portions 31a, 31b form a pocket for supporting the neck portion of a receptacle (a) in cooperation with each other. At this time, a taper surface 33a is formed on the notch portion 31a of the disc plate 11a, and a star plate 34 with a taper surface 33b is fixed to the notch portion 31b of the disc plate 31b, thereby to absorb difference in level between the notch portions 31a, 31b of both disc plates 11a, 11b. A bolt 23 is loosened to rotate the disc plates 11a, 11b relatively so that the notch portions 31a, 31b displace relatively to enlarge and reduce a receptacle (a) receive pocket formed between the notch portions to be conformable to the shape of the neck portion of the receptacle (a). |
