PURPOSE:To make it possible to uniformly distribute a medium to respective medium passages by providing flange parts perpendicular to the planar direction of a metal plate from bowl-shaped projections and carrying out perpendicular bonding with respect to the planar direction of the metal plate to form a laminated structure. CONSTITUTION:Through holes 15 are provided in two bowl-shaped projections 9 and 10 provided by projecting at a longitudinal direction of a metal plate 5 perpendicularly with respect to the planar direction thereof. At the through hole edge portions are provided two flanges 16 and 17 further projecting from bowl-shaped projections 9 and 10. The size of the inner peripheral part of one of two flanges 16 and 17 at one-ends of the metal plate 5 is formed to be substantially coincident with that of the outer peripheral part of another and the metal plates 5 are alternately laminated in the reverse direction and combined with each other, whereby an inlet side tank 3 is formed by one bowl-shaped projection and an outlet side tank 7 is formed by another and further fluid passages 4a and 4b which connect two tanks 3 and 7 to each other in a U-shape, are formed. |
