PURPOSE:To prevent snow from adhering and freezing to filter surfaces and a louver by overthrowing the upper end of the louver to the outdoor side to increase the angle of inclination of the louver vane, providing a baffle plate having a heating source on an outside air entering course between the louver and the filter, and also providing a molten snow pit at the lower part of the baffle plate. CONSTITUTION:When the ventilation air-conditioning unit is operated at the time of snowing, the outside air is guided through a louver 2 to a feed air processing device 3 wherein the outside air is processed, and is fed to respective spaces to be air conditioned. Upon this occasion, since the louver vane 2a of the louver 2 assumes a substantially perpendicular angle of inclination, snow within the outside air adheres to the louver vane 2a while bending the louver 2 and passing therethrough, and the quantity of snow infiltrating into the device 3 is decreased. Further, snow adhering to the louver vane 2a falls down by its own weight when the adherence quantity exceeds a predetermined valus, and thus it is removed from the louver 2. On the other hand, snow adhering to the baffle plate 21 is heated by a heater 23 and molten. Further, snow which does not adhere to the baffle plate 21 and falls is molten by a heater 24 and is discharged to the outside through an exhaust water line 25 together with molten snow water falling from the baffle plate 21.
