Ante-frame for doors and windows with interposition of a leaktight seal, according to the main Patent No. 8407994. The invention relates to a device enabling the window blocks to be airtight, ensuring a better heat-insulation coefficient for the openings and having in practice a traditional appearance. A groove receiving a leaktight seal is provided in the rabbet 2 accommodated between the uprights (jambs) and crosspieces 1. A fold forming an edge is made on the return: the junction thus formed between ante-frame and rendering oating improves the appearance. <IMAGE>
