摘要 PURPOSE:To intensity a gaseous flame jet flow and to execute efficient thermal spraying of powder by enclosing the gaseous flame jet flow with a deep cup- shaped outside cylinder having a specular surface inside wall and recirculating continuously part of the gaseous flame jet flow via the annular space formed on the outside thereof. CONSTITUTION:The deep cup-shaped heat resistant glass outside cylinder 1 of which the inside surface is made to the specular surface by a film of a heat resistant metallic material such as Ti or Ni is mounted to a cup-shaped washer 12 of a gaseous flame flow spraying machine 10 to form the annular space for recirculating part of the flow 20 toward a gaseous flame flow injection port 11. The attenuation of the flow 20 by the external air introduced through small vent holes 13, 1-4 bored to the washer 12 and the bottom 1-1 of the cylinder 1 is thus prevented and the flow 20 is intensified by reflecting the entire IR ray in the radiation from the specular surface 2 of the cylinder 1, by which the intrinsic high-temp. function is provided.
