<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the man-hour of machining a core by grinding the non- adhesive circumferential surface of the second member at the reference of the non-adhesive circumferential surface of the first member adhering the surfaces facing to each other of the first and the second members. CONSTITUTION:The first hollow cylindrical member made with required true roundness, e.g., a metal pipe 3 is inserted inside the second hollow cylindrical member 4 made of a core material, the surfaces facing each other of the members 3, 4 are adhered and the non-adhesive circumferential surface of the member 4 is ground in required dimensions at the reference of the non-adhesive circumferential surface of the member 3. Then, the inner core 1 of a coaxial type rotary transformer can be formed by grinding the outer surface of the member 4. This enables to reduce the man-hours in manufacturing a cylindrical core and to improve the yield of the product.</p> |
