Method and device for producing printed-circuit boards

Printed circuits are produced in a simple manner in a small number of processing stations in such a manner that in each case a plurality of processing steps are carried out within one station. All the chemical processes are carried out in a hermetically sealed reaction chamber which is not accessible during the individual processing steps. The method is suitable in particular for producing individual sample printed-circuit boards.
